I'm going to pickle the world

Well - our little corner of it anyway.
Just to keep tabs on myself, so far I have:-

Courgette chutney, numerous jars.
Courgette and Runner Bean chutney, some jars exchanged for onions to make....
More chutney. Probably a spicy runner bean one this time! With maybe courgettes. Or apples.
Marrow, apricot n' ginger jam.

Next come the apples. Look at them hanging like grapes! I must progress the press. It's cider season for sure.
